This classic primal cut is full in flavour & comes from Kilcoy meatworks in South East Queensland. The beef bodies are a yearling product with a hook weight of 340 to360 kg, predominately 75% Bos Taurus {British Breed of Cattle} with a fat depth of no more than 7mm. Aged to our specification “FULL OF FLAVOUR”
PORTERHOUSE (350grams)
Also known as Sirloin this primal cut is aged for a minimum of 8 weeks to ensure tenderness & taste satisfaction. With a fat depth of 5mm & fed on a 3 cereal grain diet for the last 100 days, known for its clean fresh flavour with no fatty after taste. “MELT IN YOUR MOUTH”
RIB FILLET (300grams)
Known as one of the better eating primal cut of beef, the rib fillet will exceed your eating expectations with a marble score up to 2. Raised on natural pastures in South East Queensland & grain finished for the last 100 days at selected feedlots. “SIMPLY SUPERB”
PETITE EYE FILLET (200grams)
This delightful cut of beef is the most tender of them all & is best described as succulent, lean & tender. Sourced from lush open paddocks surrounding the Darling Downs & aged for a minimum of 8 weeks. “SIMPLY SENSATIONAL”
T- BONE (450grams)
This specialty cut of beef has two components - the meat on the larger side of the bone is known as the sirloin & the smaller is the eye fillet. Aged for a minimum of 8 weeks & with the flavour of the bone; you can understand why this is known as “THE CATTLEMANS FAVOURITE”

In keeping with the open, fresh and contemporary style of the venue, our 200 seat restaurant is situated on different tiers and offers various levels of formality from street side dining, comfortable lounges and private corners to the open middle floor and formal raised dais, suiting everyone for every occasion.
With the recent refurbishment at 152, a beautiful open Cocktail Lounge has opened with the ability to hold functions for up to 200 people. Five new lounge areas are now available with low set lounges, fantastic viewing of entertainment, and perfect access to the Cocktail Bar.
